Do participants see if I block them from a post?#
They neither get a notification nor do they get any other information about being blocked.
Postings one is blocked from simply appear to be full, even if they aren't yet. As your participants may communicate with each other though, we cannot guarantee that a blocked user may not eventually find out that a posting isn't actually full and conclude that they are blocked from it.
Do all postings I create automatically make it to "General Postings"?#
As an Admin you are able to define categories in which your postings are published. If you do not do so, then they appear in "General Postings" by default.
As an Admin you can edit and add new categories under Admin > Collection > Collection Types. For more information on what you can do as an Admin visit Admin or, if you want a more in-depth description, Getting Started.
Can everyone add/delete (new) user properties?#
No. Only Admins are allowed to do so. For more info on what you can do as an admin visit Admin or, if you want a more in-depth description, Getting Started

Can I add/specialize equipment?#
As an Admin, you can. To do so visit Admin > Bookable Resources. For a real in-depth description and a video on how to do that, visit here.
If you visit Admin > Roles & Permissions you will find that you are capable of giving permissions for certain actions to other users and enable them to also do things like adding equipment. Visit Roles and Permissions to get more info.
As an Admin can I give admin-only permissions to other users?#
